CHANGES TO TERMS
Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. CFN Music, CFN Publications, or Christ For The Nations Institute may add to, delete, or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF OUR ONLINE MATERIALS
All materials contained at the Christ For The Nations website ("Online Material") are the copyrighted property of Christ For The Nations. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to Christ For The Nations. No Online Material from our websites may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided that you 1) retain all copyright, trademark and propriety notices, 2) you make no modifications to the materials, 3) you do not use the materials in a manner that suggests an association with any of our products, services, events or brands, and 4) you do not download quantities of materials to a database, server, or personal computer for commercial purposes. You may not, however, copy reproduce, republish, upload, and post, transmit or distribute our Online Material in any way or for any other purpose unless you get our written permission first. Neither may you add, delete, distort or misrepresent any content on the Christ For The Nations Music site. Attempts to modify any Online Material, or to defeat or circumvent our security features are prohibited. Any products produced by Christ For The Nations Institute, YFN, KFN, CFN Music, CFN Publications, Voice of Healing or any other entity of Christ For The Nations remain the property of Christ For The Nations and shall not be sold or otherwise traded except for the expressed written permission of Christ For The Nations.

Everything you download, any software, plus all files, all images incorporated in or generated by the software, and all data accompanying it, is considered licensed to you by Christ For The Nations or third-party licensors for your personal, non-commercial use only. We do not transfer title of the software to you. That means we retain full and complete title to the software and to all of the associated intellectual-property rights. You're not allowed to redistribute, or sell the material, or to reverse-engineer, disassemble or otherwise convert it to any other form that people can use.

SUBMITTING YOUR ONLINE MATERIAL TO US
All remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, comments, or other information that you send to Christ For The Nations through our sites (with the exception for the songs submitted for review and consideration for further recording projects), becomes and remains our property, even if this agreement is later terminated.

This means that such submissions are not treated as confidential. If we use them, or one similar in nature, we are not obligated to pay you or anyone else for them. We will have the exclusive ownership of all present and future rights to submissions or any purpose we deem appropriate to Christ For The Nations, without compensating you or anyone else for them.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for any submission you make. This means that you (and not we) have full responsibility for the message, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright.

CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES DELIVERIES
Christ For The Nations is not responsible for the delivery of packages to correctional facilities. We will make every attempt to follow the mailing instructions provided by our customers, but we will not issue a refund for orders that do not reach their stated destinations. Therefore, if you wish to mail a package to someone in a correctional facility, you do so at your own risk and expense.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CHRIST FOR THE NATIONS MUSIC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY THAT ACCOMPANY OR RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF ITS SITES.

EXCEPTION: CERTAIN STATE LAWS MAY NOT ALLOW US TO LIMIT OR EXCLUDE LIABILITY FOR THESE "INCIDENTAL" OR "CONSEQUENTIAL" DAMAGES. IF YOU LIVE IN ONE OF THOSE STATES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION WOULD NOT APPLY WHICH WOULD MEAN THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE THE RIGHT TO RECOVER THESE TYPES OF DAMAGES.

HOWEVER, IN ANY EVENT, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, INJURIES, AND CLAIMS OF ANY AND EVERY KIND (WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARE CLAIMED UNDER THE TERMS OF A CONTRACT, OR CLAIMED TO BE CAUSED BY NEGLIGLENCE OR OTHER WRONGFUL CONDUCT, OR THEY'RE CLAIMED UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY) WILL NOT BE GREATER THAN THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ACCESS OUR SITES.

This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from all Christ For The Nations websites, along with all related documentation and all copies and installations. Christ For The Nations may terminate this agreement at any time and without notice to you, if in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials. In addition, by providing material on our websites, we do not in any way promise that the materials will remain available to you. And Christ For The Nations is entitled to terminate all or any part of any of its websites without notice to you.

JURISDICTION AND OTHER POINTS TO CONSIDER
Unless otherwise specified, the Online Materials on our sites are presented to provide information about the resources of Christ For The Nations. Christ For The Nations was organized under the laws of Texas, in the United States of America. If you use our sites from locations outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws. These “Terms of Use,” and the agreement they create, shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Texas (without applying the state's conflict-of-law principles.) If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Christ For The Nations may modify these Terms of Use, and the agreement they create, at any time, simply by updating this posting and without notice to you. This is the ENTIRE agreement regarding all the matters that have been listed.

ORDERS AND DELIVERY

All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Christ For the Nations.
Christ For The Nations may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers with reasonable prior notice to you. If CFN requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to info@cfni.org, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.
At order confirmation, all aspects of the delivery and payment arrangements are finalized and cannot be changed. Please check order details carefully prior to confirmation.
Christ For The Nations or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed timeframe, subject to their availability. When the goods are not available, you will be notified by Christ For The Nations as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Christ For The Nations to be authorized to receive the goods.
Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them, and it is your responsibility, if they are lost or damaged.
Christ For The Nations reserves the right to restrict sales to retail quantities when supplying resellers and distributors.

SHIPPING AND POSTAGE RATES
Christ For The Nations is not responsible for delivery of orders if the delivery address supplied has been entered incorrectly or is the incorrect address. If you have changed your address since placing your order, please notify Christ For The Nations by phone at 214.376.1711 immediately. Additional freight and other charges for resent orders may apply.

Postage is calculated based on weight, shipping destination, and packaging costs.
Customers can choose from either Standard shipping or Express shipping.

Standard Shipping

International, standard shipping can take between 28-36 days to AU/UK, other international destinations may take longer. However, delays can be experienced due to customs and/or other variables, which is beyond Christ For The Nations ability to determine.
Within the United States of America, shipping can take anywhere between 3 to 5 days, once an order has left our warehouse.

Express Shipping

International express shipping is a 5-10 business days shipping method from the time the order leaves our warehouse. Express shipments cannot be sent to P.O. Box addresses.
Untied States Express Post is usually next day delivery; however, for some remote parts of America, the delivery time can take up to two days.
Express shipping cannot go to a P.O. Box; delivery must be made to a physical mail address (street name and number).

Minimum shipping for U.S. destinations:

Standard Post (up to 1 lb is $6.00 (U.S.)
Express Post (up to 1 lb) is $20.00 (U.S.)

Minimum shipping for overseas destinations:

Standard Post (up to 1 lb) is $30.00 (U.S.)*
Express Post (up to 1 lb) is $70.00 (U.S.)*
Orders from CFN Music are exempt from the above stated minimum shipping rates. Please contact CFN Music's Sales Department for shipping rates.

ORDER DELAYS
Order processing delays include:

Holidays—When you place your order around a holiday, orders will take up to 3-5 business days longer to process.

Conferences—When placing an order during a Christ For The Nations conference, please be aware that your order will take longer to process than our standard processing time. Our conference dates are listed at www.cfn.org.
Weekly Order Processing Schedule—Orders placed Thursday will not be processed until the following Monday. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed no earlier than the following Tuesday.
Weather Delays—If you live in an area experiencing snow storms or other extreme weather, these delays may add additional time to the estimated delivery date of your order.
Christ For The Nations is not responsible for any customs fees, nor can we accept a package (or have a package returned to the United States) that is stuck in customs.

ORDER TRACKING
If your order is placed through USPS, no tracking information is available. Please allow 2 full weeks after the estimated delivery date before inquiring about your order.

If you chose UPS as your shipping method, the tracking information was forwarded to the e-mail address that you supplied in the shipping address e-mail field. Please track your package via this information.

DIGITAL MEDIA DOWNLOADS

Please be aware that your downloads will expire after 7 days. Please be sure to download your files before this time has passed.
For sheet music, your purchase grants you the following rights:

Make ONE copy of the sheet music solely for back-up purposes.
Print ONE copy of the sheet music for your personal purposes (performances, worship services, personal study, musical teaching, etc).

For media files (i.e. music, video, or data files), your purchase grants you the following rights:

To have ONE copy of the media file stored on a single hard drive for the purpose of back-up.
Reproduce the media file in ONE other format for personal use (i.e. portable media device, CD, or MD).

However the following rights have NOT been granted to you:

Reproduce further copies of the sheet music or media file in whole or in part.
Translate, enhance, modify, alter or adapt the sheet music and/or media file in any way or for any purpose.
Cause or permit any third-party to translate, enhance, modify, alter or adapt the sheet music and/or media file in any way or for any purpose.
Sub-license, lease, lend, sell, rent, distribute, or grant others any rights, or provide copies of the sheet music and/or media file to others.

Reproductions of the sheet music can be made for the purpose of church worship only with an existing CCLI license. For further information contact CCLI: www.ccli.com.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Downloadable items will not be refunded, unless the file is considered defective
Christ For The Nations will replace any defective product. In the case of an incorrect item being shipped, please contact us before you return the item.
If you wish to cancel or change your order, you will need to call Christ For The Nations at 214.376.1711 as soon as possible.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

For each online order, you must pay:

the applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by Christ For The Nations.
the delivery and handling fee specified on the website at that time. Additional charges in the form of customs and/or taxes may be payable in your country upon receipt of goods.

Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to Christ For The Nations is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet.
We can only accept payments using the methods stated in the shopping cart section of this website.
We are unable to accept C.O.D. charges.
Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched.
Prices and range on this web site may vary from Christ For The Nations Resource Centers.

You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name or password is used by an unauthorized person.
