Q: Do you provide childcare?
A: Unfortunately, we do not.
 
Q: What does the meal plan include?
A:

The only meal we arrange is the Breakfast Saturday morning; March 24 (must be purchased.)  Breakfast, lunch and dinner meals are available for purchase in the Dining Hall.

 
Q: Do you provide shuttle service from the airport to conference location or hotels?
A: No. You may Google "DFW Airport" and look under ground transportation.
 
Q: Do you provide a shuttle service from hotels to the conference location?
A: No. We have a list of hotels on our Accomodations page that do sometimes offer shuttle services to conference guests. Please inquire with the hotel before making your reservation.
 
Q: Do you make on campus housing available?
A:

Yes, we do have two large dormitory style rooms available that can accommodate approximately forty people each. These accommodations are reserved on a first-come, first- serve basis. You can reserve your bunk for $20 per night by calling Carol Shone at 214-302-6306. Linen and towels provided.

 
Q: Where do we go to check in/register when we arrive?
A:

We prefer for you to check in/register during the registration hours listed in the schedule (7:30 am – 5:00 p.m. on Thursday March 22 and Friday March 23. Follow the signs that are by the road at the conference check in location, which is located in the Christian Conference Center at the corner of Kiest and Conway.

 
Q: Are there restaurants within walking distance of the conference location?
A: Yes. There is a Subway, Golden Chick, and McDonald's within one block of the conference location.
 
Q: Do I have to register before I come to the conference?
A:

No, you may register when you arrive. Keep in mind that Saturday Morning Special Breakfast tickets must be purchased by noon on Thursday March 22.  We do prefer that you register prior to your arrival to expedite check in.

 
Q: Will you have the sessions that are taught at the conference for sale?
A: Yes. We offer each conference session on audio CD and select sessions on DVD for purchase. Order forms will be available at the check in/registration table.

Q: What time does the conference end?
A:

The conference ends with the conclusion of the final session Saturday morning before noon.
